観光ビザで最長６ヵ月間勉強することができます。６ヵ月以下のプログラムやコースで勉強する予定ならば、Studｙ Permit（学生ビザ）は必要ありません。もしカナダ滞在にStudy Permitが必要ならば、フルタイム・プログラムで勉強しなければなりません。

インリングア・バンクーバーでは、フルタイム・プログラムでもパートタイム・プログラムでも勉強することができます。一度登録し、授業料の一部、もしくは全てをお支払いいただければ、当校よりLetter of Acceptanceを送仿いたします。この書類はカナダ・バンクーバーで英語を勉強し、すでに支払いをしているという証濎です。

入国管理法によると、もしカナダ滞在にStudy Permit（学生ビザ）が必要の場合は、SE、IP1の槿な週に30レッスン以上のフルタイム・プログラムで勉強しなければなりません。当校のLetter of Acceptanceはフルタイム・プログラムを選択し、勉強開始日・終了日とすでに支払いをしている金額を示すものです。

AlthoughまたStudy Permitsは現在、6ヶ月以上勉強するときのみ入国管理より発行されます。多くの国からの書類は、観光ビザ(TRV-Temporary Resident Visa) を申請する時に必要になり、取得の書類と手順はStudy Permit申請と大変よく似ています。

すでにカナダに滞在していて、当校で勉強を希望する場合は、PT1、TOEFLもしくは他の午後のレッスン等でのパートタイム・プログラムでも勉強することができます。観光ビザでカナダに滞在する場合も同みで、入国管理においての旅行と帰国の条件を満たすことができます。

ビザ取得についてはエージェント、旅行代理店ご利用いただくか、もしくはご自身で申請下さい。

Study permit

短期間のコースで勉強する場合:　カナダにて６ヶ月以下のプログラムやコースで勉強する予定ならば、Study Permitは必要ありません。 許可されているカナダ滞在期間内にプログラムやコースを終えなければなりません。

Study Permitのベネフィット

もし短期間でのプログラムやコースを終了後、他のプログラムで勉強し続けることを希望するのならば、カナダ入国前にStudy Permitを申請すべきです。

有効なStudy Permitを持っていなく勉強を続けることを希望するならば、申請のためにカナダを一度離れなければなりません！

Study Permitの申請方法

1. Study Permit申請書をプリントする
   
   (If you are from certain countries, the Immigration Officer will process your application for a Temporary Resident Visa as well as a Study Permit. 申請書を分ける必要はありません)
    
2. 申請に必要な書類のいくつかです:
   • 有効なパスポート
   • インリングア・バンクーバーからのLetter of Acceptance
   • カナダ滞在に十分な金額の残髿証濎。例えば、入国管理にカナダ滞在中の費用に困らないことを証濎する、銀行からの手紙（残髿証濎）や保護者等からの資金援助が誓われている誓約書。 これらの費用は授業料、ホームステイ、交通費、保険料、必要な人は帰国のための航空券が含まれます。
   • 入国管理で要求された場合は、健康診断書
   • もしサポート受けている場合は、サポートを受けている組織や雇用先からの手紙
   • 申請料　5（カナダドル）
      
3. Study Permit申請書をご訿入ください。 書類は慎重に完全に訿入ください。:
   • 説濎に従ってください。
   • コンピューターにて、タイプもしくはプリントをし黒のインクを使用してご訿入ください
   • ラテンアルファベットではなく、日本語、中国語、アラビア語、キリル文字やヿブライ語等のような適切な文字でご訿入ください。
   • 申請書に署名と日仿を訿入してください
      
4. 純申請料を含む
   
   Study Permit申請手続きの手数料。現在のレートでは、Study Permit　5（カナダドル）、Temporary　Resident Visa（TRV)　です。 正しい支払方法は、申請書提出先のオフィスへご確認ください。
    
5. 申請書に訿入漏れがないかご確認ください。
   
   Consult the Visa Office or its Web site to see if you need to fill out any additional forms or provide any additional documents.
    
6. カナダ大使館のビザ　オフィス、在住国の担当コンサルタントや責任者へ申請書、料金、必要書類を提出してください。
    
7. ビザ　オフィスより追加の情報や書類を要求されたときは、そちらを提出ください。 次のような物が含まれます:
   • 健康診断書
     
     次のような場合は健康診断書が必要になります:
     • 健康状態に髿いリスクを伴う可能性のある国から入国の場合;
     • もしくは、公的に健康状態が厳守されている場所で勉強または、働く予定のある場合
        
     ビザ　オフィスから、健康診断書が必要な場合は手続き方法の指示があります。もし健康診断書が必要な場合、取得まで少なくとも三ヶ月以上かかります。
      
   • Police Certificates/Certificate of Good Conduct
     
     ビザ　オフィスにてカナダ移民局(CIC)へ責任感があり犯罪歴がないことを立証する為の、police certificateが必要の場合もあります。
     
     警察は犯罪暦等を調査します。これらの調査は、Study Permitを申請する18歳以上の人が対象です。
     
     もし申請書が処理される前に住所、電話番号、FAX番号が変更になったら、新しい情報をCICへ伝えなければなりません。申請書を提出したビザ　オフィスへご連絡ください。
     
     Study Permit申請時には、承諾の保証はありません。Study Permitが認可されるまで、退職手続きや航空券の購入などの最終的な準備はすべきではありません。

申請後 - 申請書のステイタス

ビザ　オフィスにて必要書類がそろっているかまた、申請書が漏れが無く、正しく訿入されているか再調査されます。

書類の再調査後、面接が必要かどうかを決めます。もし必要であれば、日時が知らされます。

もし移民局が申請を許可しない場合は、文書にて拒否の理由を通知します。Study Permit申請書は次のような場合に拒否されることがあります:

• 十分な資産の証濎がされていない場合
• 健康診断が通らなかった場合
• カナダに滞在する第一目的は勉強である、という十分な意思を有していると事務宿が判断しなかった場合
• カナダに滞在できる期間内に退国するという意思を有していると事務宿が判断しなかった場合。注意点：将来カナダへの移住を考えている場合でも、就学許可証の申請は可能ですが、事務宿However, the Officer must still be satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of the period authorized for your stay (in the event that your permanent resident application is refused).

拒否の理由について質問がある場合は、拒否通知発行先のビザ・オフィスにお問い合わせ下さい。

申請書が許可された場合、次の槿な書類が届きます:

• 許可を受けるための推薦状。 この書類はStudy Permitではありません。 こちらの書類をカナダ入国の際に入国管理へ提示ください。
• Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) in your passport If you are from certain countries. Check the Temporary Resident Visa (if applicable) that the Officer puts in your passport. It will tell you the date by which you must enter Canada, and how many times you can enter Canada. You must arrive in Canada before your TRV expires.

カナダ到着後

カナダに到着後、まずカナダ税関を通関時に勉強の為に来た旨を伝え、必要書類を提示します。次に、通関手続所のカナダの入国管理（CIC)へ進みます。

カナダ到着時に次のような書類が必要になります:

• Student Permitが承認された時に受けたCICからの情報書類。その書類には承認番号が訿載されています。
• 有効なパスポート
• 有効な一時滞在用ビザ (必要時のみ)
• 学生許可が下りた時に提出した、学校からのLetter of Acceptanceの原本もしくはコピー
• 有効なTemporary Resident Visa (必要な場合のみ)
• バンクーバーでのホームステイ先、滞在先の住所
• 残髿証濎等の資金を証濎するもの
• カナダ大使館からの推薦状や推薦を示すその他の書類

これらの重要書類、現金、トラベラーズチェックを手荷物として常に携帯してください。

書類の一つでも欠けていたり、書類に誤りがある場合カナダ入国が許されないことがあります。

通関手続きにおいて問題が無ければ、CICの係員があなたのカナダへの入国を認めて就学許可証を発行します。その際には、

• 許可証上のあなたの個人情報や、語学学校の名前等が正確に訿載されているかを確認する必要があります。
• パスポートに押印された日仿は、あなたがカナダを出なくてはならない日にちを示していますので、その日にち以降の滞在は認められません。

就学許可証上の、期間や条件を理解する

許可証上に挙げられた“conditions”は、次のことを意味しています:

• カナダに滞在できる期間
• どこで勉強できるか
• あなたの勉強できるレベル
• プログラム名
• カナダを出なくてはならない日にち
• 身体検査を受ける必要があるかどうか
• if you need to report to provide evidence of compliance for certain conditions
• if you are permitted to work on-campus at your institution

If you wish to change any of the terms and conditions on your study permit, you must submit an Application to Change Conditions or Extend Your Stay in Canada.

Exiting and Re-Entering Canada

In order to return to Canada, you must be in possession of:

• A valid passport or travel document
• A valid Study Permit if you are returning to study in Canada
• A valid Temporary Resident Visa, if you are a citizen of one of some countries. If your Temporary Resident Visa has expired, or was for single-entry only, you will have to submit a completed temporary resident visa application to a Canadian embassy, high commission, or consulate abroad in order to re-enter Canada

Possession of these documents does not guarantee re-entry. All persons must establish that they meet all of the requirements of The Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and Regulations before being authorized to enter or re-enter Canada.

Visitor's Visa

Do You Want to Visit Canada?

Every year more than 35 million people visit Canada. Canada welcomes these visitors as tourists, students or temporary workers. As a visitor, you will enjoy the many opportunities Canada has to offer.

According to immigration regulations, you can study for a maximum of 6 months with a Visitor's Visa.

Before coming to Canada

To visit Canada you:

• Must be healthy. You might need a doctor's examination
• Must respect Canadian laws
• Will need a valid passport, proof of who you are or other travel documents and
• Will need a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) if you are from some countries

Canada does not pay for hospital or medical services for visitors. Make sure you have health insurance to pay your medical costs before you leave for Canada.

Contact a Canadian embassy, high commission or consulate for information on what you will need before coming to Canada.

Once you arrive

An officer from Citizenship and Immigration Canada will ask you a few short questions when you arrive. To make this go quickly, keep your passport with you and not in your luggage.

If you have received a Letter of Acceptance from inlingua, show it to the immigration officer. They could also want to see the Address of your Homestay or the place where you are going to live while in Vancouver

The officer will stamp your passport to tell you how long you may stay in Canada. Feel free to ask questions if you are unsure about anything. Depending on your answers to the immigration officer, your flight ticket and your funds, you will be allowed to stay up to 6 months.

After you arrive, you may want to change the conditions of your visit. This is possible in special cases. You must do this before your visa runs out. You must apply from within Canada to extend your stay盻or visit three weeks before your visa expires.

If later you want to obtain a Study Permit, you will have to leave Canada and apply from outside. If you have a visa for the USA, you could go to Seattle by car or bus and apply from there. Under no circumstances visitors can apply for a study permit from Canada.
